KURO AT HOME AVAILABLE: THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Store Pick-up

    1. All products on this website are available for pickup between 3pm - 6pm.
    2. Pick-up only available Thursday, Friday & Saturday. 
    3. We can take pre-orders for pick-up 3 weeks in advance.
    4. Please place your order before 9pm for next day Pick-up.
    5. Call/text 0488 034 375 for same-day pick-up enquiry or if would like to make changes to your pick-up time or order.

Delivery 

    1. All products on this website are available for delivery.
    2. Delivery only available Thursday Friday and Saturday, and will be delivered between 4pm to 6pm
    3. We can take pre-orders for delivery 3 weeks in advance
    4. We require 1 day notice for orders. Please place your order before 9pm for next day delivery.
    5. Call/text 0488 034 375 for same-day delivery enquiry or if would like to make changes to your delivery time slot. 

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the order has been placed.

Please note that we can only deliver to these zones or surrounding areas.

Zone 1: $5 (Yellow )
Zone 2: $7 (Green)
Zone 3: $10 (Pink)
Zone 4: $12 (Purple)
Zone 5: $15 (Brown)

Refunds/Exchanges 

We offer refunds only if you receive damaged or spoilt goods.
If you have received incorrect, damaged, or expired goods please call 0488 034 375 with your order number.
