Pick-Up & Delivery Terms and Conditions 

WE'RE OPEN: TUESDAY-SATURDAY

CLOSED: SUNDAY & MONDAY

Store Pick Up

1. All products on this website are available for pickup between 12 pm - 7:30 pm. Pick-up not available on Sunday & Monday.

2. You can select a pick-up date within the next 4 days

3. Pick up orders cannot be placed online after 7:30 pm for the same day collection.

4. Call/text 0488 034 375 if you wish to arrange a pick-ups post the given timeline

Delivery 

1. All products on this website are available for delivery. 

Delivery not available on Sunday & Monday.

2. All deliveries take place between 4 - 7 pm from Tuesday-Saturday.

3. Please call/text 0488034375 for same-day delivery enquiries. (Cut off is 3 pm) 

4. Customers can only select a delivery date within the next 4 days.  

5. We require 1 day's notice for orders, therefore you won't be able to select the same day delivery option on this website. 

6. Orders placed after 11:30 pm will be pushed to the next available delivery slot. 

7. Call us if you would like to make changes to your delivery time slot. 

8. When entering your delivery address at checkout you will also be advised if delivery is available and any costs associated.

  • Zone 3: $10 (Pink)
  • Zone 4: $12 (Purple)
  • Zone 5: $15 (Brown)
  • Zone 6: $20 (Blue)

Refunds/Exchanges 

We offer refunds only if you receive damaged or spoilt goods. 

If you have received incorrect, damaged, or expired goods please call/text 0488034375 and we will make arrangements as per your scenario.
